SERVICE SUSPENDED
Due to pressure of other work and the number of frames currently on our premises that need to be completed, we have taken the disappointing action of suspending our frame recoating service. We know it is important for you to have your frames back with a short turn round time but we are unable to do this at the moment. We apologies for the inconvenience.


The following should assist you in arranging delivery to us:
bullet pointThe frame must be protected and safely packed in a box.
bullet pointThe contact form along with a written order accompanying your frame must be completed with the following information:
bullet pointContact name, telephone number and return delivery address.
bullet pointMake and type of frame (If known).
bullet pointColour required.
bullet pointPayment for the work to be carried out,+P&P.
bullet pointThe return delivery day to be arranged. (This should be confirmed by telephone.)
bullet pointThe return delivery address must be manned all day until the delivery is made.
bullet pointPlease write your name on the outside of the box
If this is not possible, the frame should be delivered to another address that is manned all day.

Transport companies do not have time to wait, if no one is there when the transport company arrives, making it a failed delivery the frame may need to be collected from their depot.

Because of failed collections, where items have not been available when the van has arrived, we have stopped arranging collections.
Prices:
Return delivery£17.50 inc VATThis includes £1,000 insurance.

These prices are for England and Wales only, elsewhere price on application.
