| We appreciate that it is unacceptable when you have organised a crane, to be told that the job will not be ready until the next day. With three plants at our disposal, if one breaks down we have two more that we can use. If a serious problem occurs that cannot be rectified quickly, we will keep you informed, so that you consider your options. |

| Turnaround Times Most small jobs that can be completed in one of our camel-back ovens and are turned around in three days. For larger, heavier jobs that require the use of our box oven, the turnaround is approximately 7 to 10 days from day of delivery. We will not book plant time until the job is on our premises. |
